What we build,
and what it costs.
We work with established experts, authors, coaches and broadcasters who already have an audience and are ready to build something real around it. Everything below is a fixed scope with a fixed price. No hourly billing, no surprises, and no juniors you never meet.

Start with clarity
Every engagement can begin with a two-week Readiness Sprint. You leave with a written roadmap and a straight go/no-go — whether or not you build it with us.
Build it properly
Information architecture before code, data model before design, security before features, AI last. It ships working on day one rather than needing to be fixed afterwards.
Keep it running
A monthly care plan keeps the infrastructure patched, monitored, backed up and secure — so nobody discovers a problem the same week a client does.
Where to start
Almost every engagement begins with the same two weeks. It is the only offer that is genuinely standalone — you can take the roadmap and go elsewhere.
AI Readiness Sprint
2 weeks · standalone
$6,500 – $9,500
Problem and audience definition, revenue model, an honest audit of where AI adds real value and where it is a gimmick, a calibrated build estimate, competitive analysis, and a written roadmap with a go/no-go recommendation. No code. No obligation to build with us — and the full fee is credited against any build that starts within 90 days.
Try a fraction of it, free
The AI Readiness Check asks five questions and gives you an honest read on where AI would help your business and where it would be a gimmick — including when the answer is that you do not need us. It is a sample of the Sprint, not a substitute for it.

Three ways to be findable, so nobody has to fall off the ladder to reach us.
Broadcast Concierge
1 week
$1,800 setup
+ subscription
Done-for-you setup of The Broadcast, our show website platform. We run the intake, curate the site, write your positioning copy, connect your domain and episode feed, and hand it over live. Your monthly subscription continues from there.
Signature Site
3–4 weeks
$7,500 – $12,000
A custom-designed authority site, up to eight pages, with a locked design system and mobile-first layout. Contact forms delivered to your inbox, analytics, error monitoring, and the full protection layer. Yours to own.
Authority Site
5–7 weeks
$16,000 – $26,000
Everything in Signature Site, plus the AI layer: a site concierge trained on your own books, episodes, talks and articles that answers visitor questions in your voice and captures the lead. Content automation that turns each new episode or article into the pages and summaries around it. Gated content or a light membership tier where it fits your business.
Not sure which
If you are building an audience for the first time, start with Broadcast Concierge — it is live in a week and you can move up later. If you already have an audience and your site is not doing the work, Signature Site is the right rung. Authority Site is for people with a substantial back catalogue that is currently sitting idle.
Apps & platforms
Four ways to build a product. Every one follows the same seven-phase framework and includes the same security foundation — access control enforced at the database, secrets never exposed to a browser, verified payment handling, and privacy and email compliance built in rather than added later.
Pilot Build
4–6 weeks
$15,000 – $22,000
One thing, working, in front of real users — not a prototype. Sign-in, a secure database, your single core user action, one AI feature, deployed and live. Deliberately narrow, and built on the same foundation a full product extends, so nothing is wasted if you go further.
Product Build
8–12 weeks
$32,000 – $48,000
A complete, revenue-generating product. Accounts and access tiers, subscription billing, an admin panel you can actually run the business from, AI features layered on a stable foundation, error and usage monitoring, and installable on a phone like an app. Full handover — the code, the accounts and the documentation are yours.
Platform Build
14–20 weeks
$65,000 – $110,000
A product you can license to other people. Built multi-tenant from the first day so one engine serves multiple audiences or industries, each with their own branding, their own configuration and their own subscribers — plus the operations layer to run it. This cannot be added later; it is a decision made in week one.
Rescue Build
scoped after triage
$9,500 – $28,000
$2,500 triage first
You built something — with a no-code tool, an AI builder, or a developer who moved on — and it is most of the way there but will not hold up. We begin with a fixed-fee triage: a written assessment of what is salvageable, what has to be rebuilt, and what it will cost. The triage fee is credited in full against the work.
If something is already built
An independent review of an application somebody else built — including one you built yourself.
Security & Compliance Review
$5,500 – $8,500
Who can see whose data, whether any credentials are exposed, whether payments are verified properly, and whether your privacy and email obligations are actually met. Delivered as a written report with severity ratings and a remediation estimate you can act on with us or with anyone else.
Optional extras
Priced up front, so scope creep never quietly becomes an invoice.

Payment terms
50% on signature, 50% on launch, unless we agree an instalment schedule in advance. Care plan billing begins the month you go live.
Keeping it running is a real job
A care plan is not a support contract and it is not insurance against bugs. Your product ships working. This is the ongoing work of operating the infrastructure it runs on.
Certificates expire. Software dependencies need patching as security issues are found. Traffic needs watching. Backups need verifying. Somebody needs to notice at 2am when something breaks — and the alternative is that nobody does any of it until the day it matters.
Site Care · Essential
$195 / month
Hosting on global edge infrastructure, domain and certificate management, attack and bad-bot filtering, uptime monitoring with alerting, weekly backups, one-click rollback to any previous version, security patching, and a quarterly report.
Site Care · Active
$345 / month
Everything above, plus two hours of content and design updates each month — rolled over up to six hours so you can save them for a launch.
Platform Care · Standard
$495 / month
Everything in Site Care, plus your managed database, error monitoring and triage, product analytics, payment and subscription health monitoring, a quarterly access-and-permissions audit, credential rotation, and a monthly usage and AI cost report.
Platform Care · Priority
$950 / month
Adds a four-hour response commitment during business hours, a monthly review call, and priority handling on any incident.
AI Operations
$1,400 – $2,800 / mo
Everything in Platform Care, plus active work on your AI running costs, prompt tuning and testing as the underlying models change, migration when a model is retired, a quarterly review of what has newly become possible, and a monthly allocation of iteration hours.
One thing worth knowing up front
The matching care plan is included in the agreement for the first twelve months after launch and billed monthly from go-live. Our security commitments only hold while we are the ones operating the infrastructure. After twelve months it is entirely optional — you can continue, or take everything in-house, and we will help you move it either way.
Ongoing strategy
Growth Partner
$2,500 – $5,000 / mo
Separate from a care plan and entirely optional. For founders who want to keep moving as AI capabilities change, their audience grows and new opportunities appear. We usually suggest this 60–90 days after launch, when there is something real to build on — not before.
Hosting, in plain terms
Your domain still points to your site
You keep your name. You keep your domain. Nothing about how people find you changes. What changes is what sits behind the front door.
Your domain is your street address. It does not move, and it does not change hands. It stays registered in your account, in your name, with your card on it. We never take ownership of it and we never need to.
What we change is one setting inside that account — the setting that says where the address points. Today it points at whatever server your site sits on. We repoint it at ours.
What sits at the other end is different in three ways. Your site is served from the closest of a hundred-odd locations worldwide instead of one machine in one city, so it loads fast everywhere. There is a filtering layer in front of it that absorbs attacks and blocks bad traffic before it ever reaches your site. And every version of your site is stored, so if something goes wrong we roll back to yesterday in about a minute.
If you ever want to leave, you change that one setting back. The site, the code and the content go with you. There is nothing to unwind and nobody to ask permission from.
- Do I still own my domain?
- Yes. It stays in your registrar account, in your name. We ask for delegated access so we can manage the records — not ownership. You can revoke that access at any time without involving us.
- What happens if we part ways?
- You change one setting and point it wherever you like. We hand over the repository and the accounts. No exit fee, nothing held back, and no notice period on your own website.
- Is my email affected?
- No. Email is handled by a separate set of records and we migrate them exactly as they are. Nothing about your inbox changes.
- Will my site go down during the move?
- No. The new site is built and tested at a temporary address first. The switch happens only once everything works, and it takes effect within about half an hour.
At the end of the engagement
What you own
Your domain
It never left your account.
The code
In a repository transferred to you, with its full version history.
Your data
In your own database project, exportable at any time.
The accounts
Hosting, payments and email, in your name, with us as a manager you can remove.
Nothing about a care plan depends on you being locked in. It continues because it is doing something useful, or it stops.
If any of this fits, the next move is a conversation.
Not a proposal. We will talk through what you are trying to build, tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it, and send scope and pricing within 24 hours. Prices are held for 90 days from the date we send them.
